Exciting first contact with nature.

Our diving baptism is the first step into the ocean guided and attended by professionals who are environmentally aware and have a great knowledge of the marine environment.

You don't need any previous experience.

Dive in shallow waters in the south of Tenerife. It is the first dive for beginners in the ocean.

Not only will you dive but you will also discover the natural values of the coast of the south of Tenerife.

Help to restore the seabed with your underwater activity and enjoy learning to dive.

Our tour starts in Puerto Colon in Costa Adeje. There you will board the "Jacaré Uno" at pontoon number two where you will be greeted by your instructors and crew and given the necessary equipment for the dive.

You will be explained in person what a diving baptism consists of and what learning to dive is all about. Once we have set sail we will go to Puertito de Adeje, a unique spot where you will be equipped with a wetsuit, diving jacket, regulator, fins etc.

Each diver is accompanied at all times by an instructor so that the ratio is one instructor to one diver. The dive will take place at a depth of 10 to 12m.

When the dive is over, back on the "Jacaré Uno" we will have some refreshments, snacks and fruit to rehydrate the body and we will discuss the different species of fish and invertebrates observed.

FAQ

How deep does it go down?

Yes, under parental responsibility, although it is safe of course.

What happens if I get dizzy?

They are cared for and the team is prepared for first aid if necessary.

What if we don't see animals?

Although it is unlikely, thanks to where we are located, being an activity with animals in the wild, there is always that risk and we do not refund the money although you could look at the option of relocating to another tour to try again.

What if the weather is bad?

We only cancel a tour because of unsuitable sea conditions, i.e. strong winds or swell (and in diving, swell). In this case we first try to relocate and if not we cancel and refund the money as paid.

Can anyone do it?

Yes. Everyone

Is a medical certificate required?

You have to have an insurance, the divers who are qualified, but not a medical certificate, in the baptism if the company provides insurance and the courses.

I am pregnant, what do I do?

This experience is not recommended to pregnant woman

If I want a life jacket?

They are available on the boat although if the sea is good, it is not compulsory to use them and we do not recommend them as they limit mobility and can facilitate seasickness.

By booking an experience with us, you consent to the processing of your personal data and those of your companions in order to manage the booking of your excursion. CV management

If you wish to work in our company, given our internal policy on the collection of curricula, for a better organisation and centralisation of information, the curricular data must be sent to booking@atlanticecoexperience.com. Likewise, we inform you that CVs sent to other email accounts will be duly deleted from our system.

In the event that your application is successful, your data will become part of your file as contracted personnel and will be kept in the company for as long as you remain an employee and, after termination of the employment relationship for any reason, will be kept for the legally established period of limitation in labour matters.

In the event that your application is unsuccessful, your data will be kept for a maximum period of 6 months, so that they can be used in future personnel selection processes.

For this reason, and in compliance with the principle of data quality, we would ask you to inform us of any changes to your curriculum vitae in a timely manner. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF EXCURSIONS

SECOND: PRICE. The price is shown in the details of each excursion.

Children under 12 months are not obliged to pay and one baby per booking is accepted.

For children under 10 years of age who benefit from the 50% discount, documentation proving the child's age will be requested.

In the case of not showing such documentation, the benefit of the discount will be cancelled with the consequent obligation to pay the difference to our crew.

This PRICE INCLUDES:

Scientific tour guided by a biologist specialised in marine life for the duration specified in the basic description of each excursion. Drinks on board. Use of the boat's hydrophones under the supervision of the crew. Civil Liability Insurance and port taxes.

This PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Transfer from the hotel. Displacements or allowances outside the boat. Parking or other expenses derived from the parking of vehicles outside the company. Souvenirs, merchandising or other promotional items.

THIRD: BOOKING:

Bookings can only be made through the Atlantic Eco Experience website, the official booking telephone number, the company's email or distributors expressly authorised by Atlantic Eco.

FOURTH: CANCELLATIONS:

Only cancellations received by the means indicated in the first condition will be attended. Atlantic Eco Experience reserves the right to cancel or relocate bookings for organisational or occupancy reasons. Cancellations due to technical or meteorological incidents will not result in charges for the client, always offering an alternative on dates compatible with the remaining availability of places. If the change is not accepted, the amount of the reservation will be refunded without prejudice to the user.

In the case of cancellations notified by customers at least one week in advance, 100% of the amounts paid will be refunded. For cases notified between 72 hours and one week, 50% of the amounts paid will be refunded. In the case of cancellation less than 72 hours before the excursion, no refunds will be made.

Depending on the method of payment, refunds may occur between 1 and 7 calendar days from confirmation, cancellation or order.

The contract, general conditions and detailed programme will be signed or understood as accepted from the moment the trip is contracted, obliging both parties to comply with it.

SEGUNDO: PRECIO. El precio aparece en el detalle de cada excursión.

Los niños menores de 12 meses no están obligados a pagar y se acepta un bebé por reserva.

Para los menores de 10 años que sean beneficiarios del 50% de descuento, se solicitará la documentación que acredite la edad del menor.

En el caso de no mostrarse dicha documentación se cancelará el beneficio del descuento con la consiguiente obligación de abonar la diferencia a nuestra tripulación.

Este PRECIO INCLUYE:

Tour científico con guía de un biólogo especializado en vida marina de la duración especificada en la descripción básica de cada excursión. Bebidas a bordo. Uso del equipo de hidrófonos del barco bajo la supervisión de la tripulación. Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil e impuestos portuarios.

Este PRECIO NO INCLUYE:

Traslado del hotel. Desplazamientos o dietas fuera del barco. Aparcamiento u otros gastos derivados del aparcamiento de vehículos fuera de la empresa. Souvenirs, merchandising u otros artículos promocionales.

TERCERO: RESERVA:

Las reservas solo se pueden realizar a través de la web de Atlantic Eco Experience, el teléfono oficial de reservas, el correo electrónico de la empresa o los distribuidores expresamente autorizados por Atlantic Eco.

CUARTO: CANCELACIONES:

Solo se atenderán las cancelaciones recibidas por los medios indicados en la primera condición. Atlantic Eco Experience se reserva el derecho de cancelar o reubicar reservas por motivos organizativos o de ocupación. Las cancelaciones derivadas de incidencias técnicas o meteorológicas no producirán cargos para el cliente, ofreciendo siempre una alternativa en fechas compatibles con la disponibilidad restante de plazas. Si no se acepta el cambio se devolverá el importe de la reserva sin perjuicio para el usuario.

En el caso de cancelaciones notificadas por los clientes con al menos una semana de antelación, se procederá a la devolución del 100% de los importes abonados. Para los casos comunicados entre 72 horas y una semana, se reembolsará el 50% de las cantidades abonadas. En el caso de comunicar la cancelación con menos de 72 horas de antelación a la excursión, no se realizarán devoluciones.

Dependiendo del método de pago, los reembolsos pueden ocurrir entre 1 y 7 días naturales desde la confirmación, cancelación o pedido.

El contrato, las condiciones generales y el programa detallado se firmarán o entenderán aceptados desde el momento en que se contrate el viaje, obligando a ambas partes a cumplirlo.

Alojamiento de datos y terceros con acceso a los datos

Este sitio web está alojado en un servidor ubicado en la Unión Europea. La única finalidad es el alojamiento de nuestra web, teniendo la modalidad de hosting, por lo que la empresa gestora no tendrá acceso a sus datos personales.

Igualmente, nuestros correos electrónicos, así como las copias de seguridad en la nube, son gestionados por empresas ubicadas en el territorio de la Unión Europea, así como sus servidores de alojamiento.

Con todos los colaboradores y profesionales externos que acceden a los datos personales de nuestra empresa y de nuestros clientes, hemos formalizado un contrato de acceso a datos por cuenta de terceros de acuerdo con lo establecido en la legislación vigente en materia de protección de datos personales.

Registro de compra de excursiones.

Al reservar una experiencia con nosotros, usted consiente el tratamiento de sus datos personales y los de sus acompañantes con el fin de gestionar la reserva de su excursión. La recogida de estos datos es obligatoria para poder realizar la reserva de la excursión. En caso de negativa, no será posible prestarle el servicio de excursión que ha reservado.

Sus datos serán almacenados en nuestra base de datos durante el periodo de tiempo legalmente establecido. Le informamos de que sus datos serán cedidos a las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado, tal y como establece la ley. Esta comunicación es necesaria para la realización de nuestros servicios. Sus datos no serán cedidos a otros terceros, salvo obligación legal. No se realizarán transferencias internacionales de datos.

Envío de comunicaciones comerciales y publicidad

Al gestionar su reserva, participar en concursos organizados por la empresa, se le podrá solicitar su consentimiento expreso para recibir comunicaciones comerciales sobre nuestras promociones y ofertas, así como el envío de boletines informativos a la dirección de correo electrónico que, en su caso, nos haya facilitado. Si lo desea, podrá recibir estas promociones a través de boletines y comunicaciones periódicas. La legitimidad del tratamiento de sus datos se basa en su consentimiento expreso, que podrá otorgar o denegar en los distintos formularios habilitados al efecto. Posteriormente, podrá revocar este consentimiento en cualquier momento, en cuyo caso será eliminado de nuestras bases de datos. Facturación

En el caso de que contrate nuestros servicios, queda informado y consiente expresamente el uso de sus datos personales facilitados a Atlantic Eco Experience con la finalidad de gestionar su facturación. La base legal para el tratamiento de sus datos personales es la obligación de emitir facturas por la entrega de bienes y servicios, recogida en la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria, por lo que es obligatoria e imprescindible la recogida y tratamiento de sus datos para la prestación de nuestros servicios de excursiones turísticas. Sus datos permanecerán en nuestra base de datos durante el plazo de prescripción legalmente establecido en materia contable y fiscal. Sus datos podrán ser consultados, en su caso, por las autoridades públicas competentes. Esta comunicación es necesaria para la prestación de nuestros servicios. Sus datos no serán cedidos a terceros, salvo obligación legal. No se realizarán transferencias internacionales de datos.

Gestión del CV

Si desea trabajar en nuestra empresa, dada nuestra política interna de recogida de currículos, para una mejor organización y centralización de la información, los datos curriculares deberán ser enviados a booking@atlanticecoexperience.com. Asimismo, le informamos que los currículos enviados a otras cuentas de correo electrónico serán debidamente eliminados de nuestro sistema.

En el caso de que su solicitud sea aceptada, sus datos pasarán a formar parte de su expediente como personal contratado y se conservarán en la empresa mientras siga siendo empleado y, tras la finalización de la relación laboral por cualquier motivo, se conservarán durante el plazo de prescripción legalmente establecido en materia laboral.

En el caso de que su solicitud no sea aceptada, sus datos se conservarán durante un periodo máximo de 6 meses, para que puedan ser utilizados en futuros procesos de selección de personal.

Por este motivo, y en cumplimiento del principio de calidad de los datos, le rogamos que nos comunique oportunamente cualquier modificación de su currículum vitae. Asimismo, le recordamos que los datos aportados deben ser adecuados, pertinentes y no excesivos para la selección de personal, por lo que le rogamos se abstenga de incluir información que no sea necesaria para su currículum, con el fin de respetar el principio de calidad de los datos.

Inscripción en promociones y concursos

Al inscribirse en las promociones y concursos gestionados por Atlantic Eco Experience, se solicitará al participante su consentimiento expreso para recibir nuestras promociones y novedades a la dirección de correo electrónico facilitada, mediante boletines y comunicaciones periódicas a la misma. El participante podrá otorgar o denegar dicho consentimiento y, en caso de otorgarlo, podrá revocarlo en cualquier momento, tal y como se indica en el apartado "Ejercicio de Derechos" de esta Política de Privacidad.

Las fotografías aportadas por los concursos y promociones que realicemos podrán ser utilizadas para su publicación en nuestras redes sociales y página web, así como en los folletos y publicidad que Atlantic Eco Experience realice. Asimismo, los datos identificativos de los ganadores podrán ser publicados en nuestras redes sociales y/o página web. Esta condición es imprescindible para poder participar en nuestros concursos.

Los menores de edad que no estén debidamente autorizados por sus padres o tutores legales tienen prohibido inscribirse en las promociones y concursos.

Uso de las redes sociales

Utilizaremos nuestras redes sociales para enlazar con noticias, artículos u otra información relevante para nuestros clientes y seguidores. Pueden incluirse fotografías de personas identificables. No obstante, en el caso de que la persona afectada desee eliminar su imagen, podrá ponerse en contacto con el administrador de la página para proceder a su eliminación.
